Is anyone using .062 aluminum circuit boards with copper conductors in your production lines? What kind of reflow profile is required? What special considerations are there to be looking for? I am asking for any information you can give me. Thanks

Has anyone built using the ALIVH PCB (0402, 0.8mm pitch uBGA) on the SMT line? I would like to know any process issues (paste printing, p&p, reflow) related to processing this pcb. Specifically, what type of solder paste was used (no clean) and wha

Screen printer, placement machine(s) and oven. You may also need a hand insertion line, selective solder or wave soldr and some form of electrical test. There are a ton of name brands that no two people can agree on. To get a better feel for what

Anyone work with or have knowledge about metal core/clad boards? The board I'm working with is approximately 2" X 3/4" aluminum core pcb, in a 56 up array. There are 3 LED placements per board. I'm having trouble getting a consistent screen print.

Good Morning WS, If you experieced the solder balls after reflow of a bare board through the oven, then the source of the solder is either the oven or the board. I have had boards with untented via's that were HASL'd that had entrapped solder and fl
