Solder pallet cleaner

We are currently using wave solder pallet for our wave soldring process. I want to find a solder pallet cleaner machine that for cleaning pallet. Does anyone know where can i buy this machine. Pls, advise me for this case.

I was wondering if anyone could advise me as to the thickness of a selective jig for wave solder. We currently run with a difference of ~6.7mm from the base of the jig to the base of card which to me seems too deep but this is what our jig manufactur

Consider using wavesolder pallets that keep the board flat during wave. Keep the board in the pallet after wave until it cools down a bit then remove it.

Is this a single PCB or a multi-up array? At the very least you should probably pick up a universal wave pallet, check out AGI or DMI. -Phil
