Right. Fiducial comes with the CAD data or the gerber files. If it doesnt, and you need to create fiducial coordinates, you may use a digitizer or a caliper and make use of the reference pin as the origin. Now if the fiducial camera focus is way out,

I have a Philips CSM84VZ. There are offset calibrations that compensate the X and Y distances from the camera to the heads and the beam pointer. Perhaps yours is similar and just needs a small Y adjustment for the beam pointer.

I did. Nothing change. I can go in mount feed back and increase .5mm for all rotations(Lazer mount feed back), then it work. But all my parts go to camera will be off the oposite way.

Hi Chris, About marks detect: If you have vision system you can recognize the fids and not center them manual. If only camera you have to put the center of the camera in the center of the mark.
