Mch Adjust > Adjust Target > Laser Unit > Nozzle Position. Here the laser will automatically detect the centre of the nozzle. Remember - It'll give you the option of using a component for the test but DON'T use any component. Let it detect the centre

Hi Wayne, First, all Gem machines including Topaz, TopazX, Sapphire, etc... have the same feeders. You can use either FV feeders (which were the ones when Topaz was introduced), or CL feeders (which came when Topaz X was introduced). Both types of f

It was apparent to me that because he was looking at a Topaz, not a Topaz X, and a TP, not a My9, that he's looking at older used machines. Is there a used Sony in a similar price range to the other two that will outperform them?

I was under the impression that the Assemblion/Philips Opal/topaz/GEM/Comet etc were all built in the same factory as the Yamaha machines - all except the FCM's. For the record they have very good support - better than Yamaha in some regions such as

Hi, If you're thinking of a new machine and the volumes are not very high, I think Assembleon's OPAL XII should be the best fit. It can handle VERY LARGE boards upto 25.5" x 17" (with single pass) and 25.5" x 33.5" (with double pass). However for th
