Hi James, Thank you for answering. We can simultaneously pick multiple different part numbers with no problem, but we cannot generate programs simultaneously picking the same part number from multiple feeders on our Juki's. We can on our Yamaha's.

YES. I am having problems with all the Panasonic parts we use. I was wondering if this is common. I have checked the package and tool and everything. It is the larger Panasonic parts that give me issues. I will try to pick out of tape in the y wagon.

It could be a part height issue. I have seen a case where an 0402 resistor from 2 different manufactures had different heights. If the height of your 2010 part is taller than you have programmed in the package data, the pick up head may be pushing

2010 component. and the vacuum pressure is good. using an A14 size tool. tried a smaller tool as well. wondering if it could be the coating the company uses to make the print on the part. maybe its not even or something?

I am not sure about Topaz, but with Topaz XII, that problem could be the filter clogged, too dirty or installed improperly.
