Thank you very much SWAG that password did the trick. Got us into the calibration menu and we were able to calibrate the z-axis and snugger height and got it to work. Thanks again

you need constant 4-6 bar pressure and 200 N liters of air if I remember correctly. dont forget to run calibrations. default system password is 1 after each head calibration you need to update machine in calibration menu and menu before that or it
