Make sure your machine configuration is correct. You may have something assigned to the machine that is no longer there. For 24V check to make sure all of the E-stop jumpers are plugged in.

yes i did test it manually, and it working fine.At the plug in, that the only way to plug it. With my ohm meter,24 volt present when you turn it on. The wierd thing is it blowing during head going down,then will sucking up when it move up.Vacuum valv

I have rarely seen a bad SRX controller card but it sounds like you may have a faulty card. Since i know you have 2 machines...i would swap them....make sure you take a picture of it or write down where all the cables plug in. The SRX board is locate

Z-force sensor is a tool travel indicator. It has nothing to do with Z travel. Does the Midas head move at all, during initiation? It sounds to me like a Z motor/encoder problem. Is the Midas head ribbon cable plugged in?
