Hello, We have an Iemme Plus 12 reflow oven from 2004. It is a great oven but it looks like the hard drive has failed. This is easy to replace but we don't have a copy / image of the software. If anyone can help with this then it would be great. W

Remember, the components' bodies are not going to like the elevated temperatures - you may want to trial a few before you expend too much effort on preforms.

Hi I use a lot of preforms for other specific applications. Personally I like indiums product but the lead time is awful and dont often deliver them on schedule. (im in the uk). Some manufactures make preforms out of solder wire that is pressed flat

Whether could we add some heating or cooling modules to the 8 zone reflow oven and convert the 8 zone to 12 zone or more?I 've never heard of anybody successfully done this.I think, this way, we could get more cost down.What's your opinions? Thanks®a

I've never heard of anyone doing this. Even if it were possible I can't believe it would be cost effective. If you absolutely need a 12 zone oven your best bet is to try and be a used/refurbed one if you can't afford a new one.
