How to calculate the delta T ? What's the allowable range for delta T value? we r not calculating this in our process, instead we r maintaining the pre-heat temp which we measure from topside of the bd. Thanks in advance

If you have decent volume with high mix or are a contract shop, the most flexible method is a software controlled router. Using pre routed boards with tabs is not a bad way to go but there is a price for the pre routing that may more than justify the

They can be expensive and if your using water soluble chemistry you will have to immerse the pre-form into flux. Asking the vendor to provide flux with the pre-form I believe it would dry out prior to use.
