try 180 180 195 248 260 belt speed 20 ( lightly populated boards) adjust speed to 18 for heavily populated.

Its a vitronics, with a little proper maintenance it'll go on forever! If it's a 610, you should have 6heating en 1 cooling zone btw.

Hi, Hemendra Recently, We have carried out lead Free Soldering On our 4+1 Panasonic Reflow machine. Results were fine , but its Not Recommended for long Run. but the machine which you have is 5 zone machine and additional 2 cooling zone too. Check

I have tried the key switch. When I shut down. From operator running production for the day. Normally you can us key switch. To open hood. I looked in service mode in PC to see if there was a option. To enable?
