Hey Andy, Thought you were buying a line? Do some homework, bro. This is manufacturing...not building a crystal set to listen to a.m. radio...

That's a good idea. We did pull the bridge piece off of one just to see what happens with the receptacles only, so no flux blockage. They flowed great with no blowholes, but also filled with solder. :/

Thanks, I am working on to prevent solder bridging. Tried fine tuning reflow profile, solder printing looks fine. Any further ideas??

Two thumbs up for KIC. Has been a great unit for the money. Kic explorer has 3 thermo couples in one nice little connector. The unit will do 12 TC's.

What are you profile temperatures? I wonder if you're not ramping up too soon in the first zones.

Does anyone have any experience with this component ? We seem to have some warping issues through reflow. We have tried everything profile wise....pre bake parts etc.

Why not just print a board? You have a spare board for your profile right? When you are done you have a working program and you know if the stencil is correct.

We have used both Datapaq and ECD Mole in the past. Either system will do the job for you, slight preference would be for the ECD system.

So just to clarify.... If i bought a KIC 2000 I could run that one unit over both my waves and through both my ovens (leaded and lead-free)? Or would I need additional equipment to use it on the wave?
