No, but check with folk at American Society for Quality [ http://www.asq.org ]. Since they publish the US version of ISO 9000, maybe they can give you a lead on the publisher of the document you seek.

We don't use this part, but Samtec reflows it for their published durability tests. They published the reflow profile as part of the test report on the Samtec site.
