Pump print heads do not print better. Blades print faster and better quality than pump print heads.

I'd like to hear from anyone using the PumpPrint stencils to dispense/print solder paste. Are you using ProFlow or just squeegee blades? How often do you have to clean?

hi, we use pump print stencil and have problem with cleaning.we clean the stencil handling, using zestron301, but in the holes stay adhesive.Take a test with ultrasonic cleaner but resalt is not good.

Mike, I do not believe the PumpPrint stencils are use for applying paste. We used them for applying adhesive on a particular PCB that required tall dots for larger components. We use the ProFlow system exclusively for paste and adhesive application
