THe question is - does that happen on all of your programs or just in one program? If it is just this particular board, it might be some softwaRE limit issue. If it happens on more programs it is a hardware issue and it could be one of the following:

Yea, I always liked to program the way it physically sits in the feeder then rotate as needed in placement. Make sure rotation in feeder is 0 as well or you'll really get confused. Some machine mfg's recommend otherwise but it never made sense to m

Has anyone else used the Multi-Job Balancer? I am considering this but of course cost is slowing down the decision making. On average we do a 30-60 feeder setup and switch out to about 4 jobs a day. So any input would be highly appreciated.

When an older Fuji machine acts odd the first place to go is a reset start and reload proper, program, and status to see if that fixes it. Just make sure you have a good proper before you begin. Jerry

In the service has been for a year..The machine works three shifts 24h per day in year...Very fast and precise machine.. and the most important of all it is extremely easy to use and easy to make a new program.Recommendation from me.. Best regards
