Does it do nozzle changes at a different speed than the programs? It's been a while since I worked on these beasts. I"m wondering if it can handle slow speeds but at full bore it can't handle it. Maybe try one part with everything set to slow speed

we purchased a mirtec machine and have been very happy with it. Programming is easy, good support, it is very fast and you can make it as fault sensitve as you want with many inspection points to choose and flexability to alter inspection criteria. I

Mostly, you don't want to do that. Whoever designed the PCB should be able to produce a "pick and place report" or similar file that lists components by designator (R123) component value/type (100 Ohm 0805) and XY and rotation. If there's absolutel

Something sounds fishy with the autoprogram software. There is a repair utility in it......maybe try that.....it also can have something to do with windows 95. There are some settings that have to be set right for it to work correctly....although i d

I'd be happy with it just checking if all the pads for placement are on the board. The software (GSM) seems to complain if any of the part is off the board. I got around it by just making the board larger. I'd also like it if it just had a button for
