oh....for the feeders moving 2 parts....you must teach a pickup repeat. Make an extent in the pickup editor and attach it to repeat with pick and make it a 2x1 with an 80 mil offset. The machine will then pick the part that is out of the sensor first

Thank you very much. I swapped the component length and width measurements in Autoprogram and it now places the SOT23's with image verification no problem. As for the 0402's I am still working on this. Pick and place is very new to me, well I start

If you have an older machine that has cyberoptics you might want to try to put a pickup theta of 90. I believe there was a problem with that type of part. Also use non-leaded alignment and scan the part near the top of it. As for 0402 parts.........
