Hello, The only thing i can think of is the x&y ribbon cables. I know you said they are good but they could have an intermittent break. I would get a spare set and plug them in with the machine at a slow speed setting and see if it works as normal. A

Motor error 4 is an error that is caused by the machine not reaching a position in a timely matter. Usually its in the x/y axis but also could be z. If you have cleared the mod codes (function 35 shift 7) the machine should home. Usually this problem

So my board is called 850152, and is in a folder called BRD297XX.DIR. AutoProgram generates the pick and place program (for two heads) without error. When it does, two more "boards" appear. 850152A B1 in folder BRD2C7XX.DIR, and 850152A B2 in folder
