Just a slight correction....the quad align card is located at the back rear right of the machine (in a cage). If it is a cyber-optics 4c machine....the laser align card is in the front card rack to the far left.

Is this a single head Quad IVc or a dual headed line? if it is a dual line you can swap the align cards in the front bay between the two heads and see if the symptom follows. The card on the far right is a transport card, shouldn't need to swap tha

I dont think you are going to find schematics for that board. Looking through my old stuff....i dont have it and i dont recall it being in the schematics. Maybe someone else can get you a set of schematics though. Good Luck

I believe the Led's should flash 3 times when the card is booting up/ powering up normally. There was no board troubleshooting back in the day and we just replaced the card. Make sure the metal cover is grounded to the machine.....this sometimes caus
