With the low volume and low parts mix Quad 100's, Quad IIIC"s or Quad IVC's would be a low cost method of placement. As for ovens most any 5 to 7 zone oven will work for you. Thanks,

You could also try swapping the motion cards. X and Y are swappable I believe. And see if the problem goes to the X. I have had to do that in the past for troubleshooting. It has been awhile since I have touched a IVC, but I loved those machines.

x and y are the same...just change switches. t and z are the same...just change switches. The voltages on the cards are different(x/y same--t/z same)....i do have a procedure somewhere that allows you to make an x/y card into a t/z card. good luck
