Hi can some tell me how the setup the rt computer on the quad qsp2 , rt computer is not talking to the qsoft computer has anyone got any ideas ?

On our QSP-2, the Y axis belts start to vibrate during the process so we need to open the doors to stop this because of the humming sound. What can creates this knowing that all the movements and placement are spot on?

Rob, I think the change over on the Quad QSP2 is about as easy and fast as it can get without swapping out the feeder bases. In a high mix environment I think it is worth looking at. Regards,

You can do that if you have enough feeder space....but i doubt it unless you have a lot of machines in line.

1. Secure all linear bearings to not move during the transport 2. Wrap the machine completely with stretch folio to protect from dust and moisture 3. Attach shock sensor to it so when it arrive you can see if it was subject to harsh transport
