Richard, On the large arpetures I have seen they have been divided into four smaller arpetures to cover the placement area to reduce the ammount of paste. Just tell them to divied the total area into quarters and decrease the size of the quarter pie

Here's two ideas fro the fine SMTnet Archives: * On the bare board, during design / layout, the basic shape of the jumper is a 125 thou disc of copper [that of course is eventually covered with whatever solderability preservative we use on the board]

Hi Fujicam 2.0 has not been released, and probally will not be released until the 4 quarter. Fujicam and F4G have a standard of 117 generic PD's in their library, not 2500.

The archives appear to go back in time no further than the first quarter of 2000. Is that accurate? Where are the older archives archived? When will the older archives be put on-line?

It depends on what you're doing. Say for component placement verification, a line that's kicking-butt might have time to look at a somewhat different quarter of each board, depending on lots of stuff [eg, board, AOI equipment, line rate, etc.]

You're correct, CPH doesn't mean dip. You want: * Perfect parts. * On-time delivery. * Cpk ~2 each quarter * Zero lost machine time as a result of product change-over. ... Right?

Thanks JMW, I noticed that, on one feeder you can turn the motor shaft three quarters of a revolution without moving the main sprocket wheel. Claude
