You might have to replace both entire linear rails, and then realign the axes for orthogonality. It depends on whether they can come up with a rail/slider that has the same height as the existing one. Bummer that NSK has obsoleted that rail design.

As stated, that error relates to rail lifted sensord (L & R)... Machine is perceiving that something is causing rails to lift at inappropriate time. You can monitor sensor status in Rising Table diagnostic to see that they are toggling appropriately.

As we recall, they attached something like a placement vib head to the rails. The problem, as you stated, was isolating the board from the vibrating rails during cooling of the solder connection.

A 20 x 20 frame with the image centered will drop in IF you have a printer with adjustable rails for the stencil, the rails move in and out to accomodate 29 x 29 to smaller than 20 x 20. Otherwise, you will need the adapter. James

Just thought I'd post and let you all know, SMT Research helped me identify the issue here. Turns out it's the outer moveable rail on the XY table. The clamp bracket brakes were in bad shape, and the outer rail was slipping.
