We're a contract manufacturer, so we are at the mercy of our customers sometimes. We strongly encourage fiducials on the board instead of the rails, but sometimes the customer doesn't want to spend the time or money to do it.

I do not know JOT conveyors but I do know other manufacturers. Based on that I do not believe this alone will work: -fixed rail on wrong side probably -sensors for board control in wrong location -smema ports may be to far from where they need to co

I should read this closer before I post it. It should read "Lead" paste not "Led" paste. This is grease for the screw shaft that brings the rails in/out on the reflow oven.

Hi AR Nice job on the chain/rail cleaning. I would contact Speedline Electrovert tech support, 800.737.8110 to assist in trouble shooting. They can walk you through using a meter to measure input and output current to the SC card and make sure tha

All's well that end's well: I replaced the Dart speed controller card and the problem disappeared completely. But no harm in giving the chains and the rails a thorough scrub although they weren't the culprit in this case. Many thanks to everyone for

Have you checked the table itself. It seen it where either a PCB lifter or adjustble rail brake is operating properly.

Try raising the table in Calibrate mode. Sensor or Tactile connector could be contacting the underside of the rails and overloading the axis. Check for 24V on the Z-axis brake. Check the fuse(F5) and voltage to the driver. Check DIP switch settin

Does the board actually make the sensor? I've seen rail widths that would load the board half way and then find a tight spot and stop before the sensor.

Not quite sure what your problem is by your explanation but if you are seeing component shifting with no real trend , I would be confident that it will be down to the Clamping of the board. Make sure the adjustable rail is secure and not moving sligh
