Hi, I have pcbs (Duroid/RT 5880) with raw copper, soldered in vapour-phase chamber at 230 degrees Celsius. During soldering, copper gets tarnished. Cleaning with Vigon A250 removes the tarnished layer. Indeed, in the VigonA250 techn. datasheet it is

It sounds more expensive just at face value than better LEDs, and potentially MUCH more exensive due to failures if there is any kind of stress on that weakened connection.

Well, you won't win any IPC awards for doing this. Another idea is to use a center punch to create the dimple you need. It wouls be quicker and you won't destroy the barrel like you will with a drill. Don't ask me how I know.

Where can I find a spec to put on my fab drawing, to call out the cleanliness of the board, before I recieve it. These boards will require a tight spec after they are assembled, so I want to know that they are clean when I get them. Any suggestions.
