we do a 2 person verification as well.. and record who changed and who verified.. Extra reels are setup before the run to minimize machine downtime..

We started up with the temperature recording daily and change it to once per week.The calibration is done 6 monthly and again it depend on usage,product thermal sensitivity and customer requirement.

That's a pretty old machine. Mine is a 1991 and the records are in the "dungeon" at Electrovert. The Electrovert people could help out here...
