Can't get on to the Heller email or website and I require an urgent answer. Has any one had any experience in reversing the conveyor direction and thus all the zone set ups etc in a Heller 1500w or similar. What did it cost and were you happy with th

Thank you all for your input. We didn't get the oven and if we did I decided in the short term to just turn it around and run it as a belt mesh oven - the next line we buy runs it's conveyor to suit the oven. Hi to you Marc, it's been a few years. Yo

I've never had this problem on an Omniflo oven, but have seen it on others. It has always turned out to be mechanical. A bearing going bad or FOD in the rails. I would pull the chains and carefully check each link of both chains, all of the bearin

You have to loosen the tension on both sides of the drive belt and skip a tooth or two until the cenveyor is parrallel. You'll have to grip the belt tight on one of the drive gears then force the other gear to rotate inside the belt on the other end

Is the wheel that drives the belt in alignment? I assume all the bearings are turning. We've had bearings in the past be on the edge of seizing in our end pulley's. Tightening too much could cause it to turn harder, causing the belt to jump off. Coul
