There is only one tin/lead ratio that is eutectic. Sn60/Pb40 is not eutectic.

Hi Dave, lead is 80Pb/20Sn. Top joint off CCGA lead is SN63/Pb37. Thermocouple was placed at center lead of the CCGA and one at the corner lead of CCGA. Ramp Rate Center 1.09 Corner 1.26 Soak ( 140 - 160 deg C ) Center 37sec Corner 38sec Ref

Sorry theres a mistake on previous question. It should be lead free component termination but non lead free solder alloy Sn63/Pb37. The reflow profile i am using : Soaking temp. 120 to 160 deg C; time 90 to 120 sec. Peak temp. 215 to 225 deg C; time

Bolos, Why you have to purchase the Titanium solder pot for your lead-free? I have the MDS-200 Unit Design Drag solder and I just empty the solder SN63PB37 in the solder pot, clean it very well and buy lead-free solder bar to fill up the pot. David
