Does anyone know what an "Axis Head 1 Theta DAC limit error during Move Absolute Command" may mean? It occurred during production. I have checked through the board's program for errors but cannot see any.

Hello Rob, I was able to get the machine to zero, apparently replacing the circuit board on head 2 conflicted with head one even matching the jumper settings to the old board. Once I marked the head as not mounted, head 1 zeroed. I re-checked the ju

One thing that has to be considered when using rheometric pumps is that the board support should match as that of the pump head being used. You can print 6" boards, but you should really still use board supports upto 16". As mentioned previously if t

Solderpaste types have a big effect on print performance. Go to this link to see if the solderpaste you are using has been tested, see "Rheometric Pump Paste Tests" under MPM: http://www.speedlinetech.com/news_publications/application-notes.aspx?OnI

Thanx for all your recomendations, we already ask for a 3D SPI and help us well, we are asking for a ultrasonic stencil cleaner. By the way how do you deal with the 'head in pillow' defects? is there a solder paste alloy / profile issue?
