I will try with temperature 255 C degrees. The wetting force vs. solder temperature for SAC305 is more than 265 C degrees (the temperature of trials). Thanks for the advise. Regards

SAC305 has a liquidous state temperature 217 degC. Check the datasheet to compare to this temp. I suppose, it may be lower. - Cheers !

As a distributor we sell very little SN100C for SMT, we sell far more SAC305 for SMT. The higher temperatures are the reasons.
