Our engineer said when we deliver silver coated PCB to customer,we will use vacuum airbag packing with desiccant inside.And when you receive it,keep them in warehouse below 24 centigrade.If you have opened the packing,it seems no good way.

I assume you mean the balls of the BGA, not pads (laugh it up guys - I said balls). If so, you may have a no-lead BGA or a high temp BGA.

But Vlad was talking tin and Davef gave intermetalic thicknesses which Vlad said needs to be avoided by having a few microns of tin. I'm not 100% sure but I suspect that DaveF is not convinced that Vlad knows what "intermetalic" means.

I got my section 8 from the navy. Not sure why they did that to me but they said I wasn't right. I didn't know I could be certified in it. Not sure I would want to be anyway.
