LGA voiding

Electronics Forum | Tue Jan 14 12:20:33 EST 2020 | cyber_wolf

If you are using standard alloy and flux types and you are within the ballpark of 30-90 seconds above liquidous you should be fine. As I said above unless your profile is grossly off, it is not the cause of your voids.

With all said I would still avoid place them under tall or sensitive parts. Still follow common sense.

Paste drying on stencil

Electronics Forum | Mon Feb 10 10:39:39 EST 2020 | slthomas

As has already been suggested, make sure you are cleaning your stencil well between long periods of inactivity. That said, it sounds to me like you have a feeder problem to solve before you get too wrapped up in what to do with your printing process

MY19 Randomly reboots the computer

Actually the battery back up can cause the exact problem you are describing. Even if you didn't say that I would have said the same thing to check your ups and the batteries. If there is an outlet that by passes the battery back up, use that and see

Component usage/Reel sizes

Electronics Forum | Thu Feb 25 16:56:40 EST 2021 | dontfeedphils

I never said ASM wouldn't take more than one reel of the same PN per gantry, just that during optimization it generally doesn't call for more than one reel of the same PN per gantry.

vias descoloration

Electronics Forum | Tue Feb 23 08:46:11 EST 2021 | dianau

Hello, I have a topic with vias discoloration(that's what supplier said) and I don't know if it's an corrosion problem or something else. I believe that maybe the PCB's are not storage properly. I must mention that aren't any problem at soldering. D

142-1711-801 installation issues

Electronics Forum | Fri Jan 14 23:31:35 EST 2022 | tey422

First of all, like I said before, I only worked on similar type of part. For this part, I would add at least 1 of 0603 size solder bead at each end (091845.jpg), 2 of 0402 size solder beads side by side would be even better.
