We see alot of missing component ( on/off ) after chip mounter, and had check on the component height, is correct. Nozzles had change, vaccume strong enough and table height. But we still have missing component.

Our observation also is that the tape size is too big for the chip which allows the tape to move around. With this i would like to know if there is is a setting in the machine that would slow the feeding rate. We are using juki mounter 2000 series. A

I have worked on the mirae's. Easy software...with a few bugs of course.....Accuracy is great from 0201 on up. Like them better than the Juki's or Samsung. Dont know about other machines. Good luck
