Any one using samsung machines, CP40, CP50? I have a 24MM feeder that has 8MM pitch as lowest setting and I need to go to 4MM pitch. Any thoughts as to how I can achieve this? CP40/50 pushers are set for 1 push and higher. Thanks in advance

Hi, Does anyone have problems with the cover tape not peeling back on the 8mm wide feeders. We often find that particularly at the start of the job, the cover tape doesn't peel back causing mis-picks. Thanks, Grant

Probably one of the "incompetent idiots" but we have 4 Samsung machines, 1 CP45FV, 2 CP20CV, and one CP40CV. I have never owned or operated a Contact Systems Machine. As far as the Samsungs We as a company have had great success with these machines

About 12 years ago, this forum was hugely helpful in guiding me to get a Philips CSM84, with no vision. (That might have been a mistake.) Now, I'm moving to smaller parts, especially TSSOP and QFP with 0.5 mm pitch, and the CSM just isn't accurate
