hi James. does this happen with every head or just Z6? Does the head move vertically at all? What ANC holder is selected in setup "Hole position detail"? There should be 4 options for "ANC hole position version". If the machine is CP45FV NEO then ANC

Possible cause is the Middle Loading Sensor. Check the ML flag. Also, this problem occurs when the z-axis base slips. Need to level the base and re-calibrate z-axis origin.

Hi Bukas, Every head, yes they move down, I should have mentioned the sensor is on the right , not the left. It detects the mirror swinging down. There is another sensor on the servo motor, its mirror home, it works I see it changing when I break the
