Check in you system configuration that you dont have the opiton to use a matrix tray handler turned on. This is what i have seen cause this problem.

I have a Samsung CP30V machine that when starting up gives me the error "NO COMMAND RESPONSE FROM HANDLER". Has anyone had this problem. I have replaced the I/O Dpram board, no change.

Hi. Check the 5V PSU supplying the VME rack. Make sure you have 5V and not something like 3v. try removing the ISA card from the PC and try a different ISA slot in the pc. Hope this helps. Brian.

This is going from my memory from a long time ago...but in the scp.ini file....there could be digital light control and/or a matrix tray handler setting. I would turn them off if they are on. I believe this has something to do with a system setting.

Fixed! Someone else on here mentioned disabling the light control in sys.ini, and then the issue I was having was both teach boxes being plugged in( one may be faulty) and sys.ini said only 1 for teach position. I unplugged the rear teach box and now
