Problem solved...Sensor would see the board at the stop, but when it clamped in the BUT, the sensor didn't see it anymore. Board is a matte finish so we're putting a sticker on the bottom so it sees it better.

We often have to put a small Post-it note on the corner of a board due to the color or a route out area hitting the sensor.

there is an ajustment on the sensor itself. You may be able to adjust it so that it "sees" the board in the UP position, since it sees it as it travels in.

Oh, I didn't realize they were adjustable gain...I'm pretty new to PCB's and the machines. I'll take a look again at the sensor. Thank you!
