Mathematically, measure the component offsets from nominal then calculate the average and the SD of the offsets in x and y. You can then use the following equation to calculate the CpK: CpK = (Process Width - Abs(Average offset)) / (3 * SD offset)

I am guessing a lead free process. From the pictures, I don't neccessarily see any issues, perhaps the leads have wicked up a little too much solder, making the joint look a little starved. But I think I see nice toe and side fillets. In the worst c

A couple things to look at.. Are you using Pb-Free solder? What are the leads of the SD Connector tinned with? Do you have a thermal profiler to use to verify your oven profile? (If not, you may be able to ask a Sales Rep to come in and assist y

Hey all, I am currently looking into switching from using Alcohol in our screen cleaner to Zestron SD301. I am confident that it will clean our stencils better, but the cost of Zestron is 3 times that of alcohol. Has anybody done any studies o
