One more thing. We had a card defect during the control had this problem, on of TBF card burned out. But I think you need to check the thermal paste in the PC - clean the cooler and the filter first.

We use Zebra 2824 for small labels. It's a decent printer and we have been using this style for years. I don't know anything about Brady, but they might be worth looking into.
