Fuji IP-2 MTU servo alarm

Have a Fuji IP-2 and the MTU has a servo alarm. There are three servo amp cards and the middle card is showing a 1 on the LED display. Does anyone know what this indicates? Also, can you tell me which axis this card is for? We do not have an advanced

Also, tried swapping the Servo card. X7 which is the Rising table servo motor card, swapped with X8,9,10 which are all the same and same result.

I think Ekra is a good option, is very easy machine to use and is not over saturated of wires, joint cards, servo cards, and so forth, very simple for diagnostics!
