yes this would be normal as that is when the servo power is supplied for servo lock, do you have a new servo amp?

We replaced SA-6 with a new one and the IP2 is up and running. I don't know if you're still looking at this thread but I wanted to thank you and post the result so other people benefit. Thanks so much for the help. Rodrigo

I changed the satus B bit to disable the MTU (still on though). It doesn't wait for the MTU anymore but I get a Emergency and Door NG errors. The relay tripped. Is there a way to completely disable the MTU (leave it off) and power up the IP? This sho

Even if you disable the MTU(see address 1005 to link out E-stop & address 1219 for the safety fence rear) the servo still needs to be replaced. SA6 is the faulty one, i'm sure there are many dealers who could supply you one. if you need further conf

We're going to swap SA-4 and 6 but it is going to take a few days. Thanks for all the help. Follow up: We swapped SA-7 and SA6 (because SA-4 was different). The problem stayed with the original amp. so we're looking for a replacement. Our buyer is h
