If it's like ours, it's an AC unit, not a chiller. Easy to hook up with a hose to the printer + power to the unit. You'll need to empty the water from the drip pan from time to time (collects condensation).

Many different units used over the years; AC (just cooling); TCU (heating and cooling) and ECU (temperature and humidity)... Let me know exactly what you've got, I'll see what I can offer for manual. www.dekhead.com

As Dekhead has said, sounds to me like you have the wrong setting in your screen choice within the program, is it edge or centre justified?
