PCA shipping requirements

As an OEM, I would like to refer to a shipping standard for completly assembled and tested PCA. These are going to be shipped to me from Mexico and I want to assure they are packed and protected properly. Is there a standard that I can refer to?

Hello. I'm trying to find out if there are any standards with regards to how a PCB is packaged and shipped. I'm particulary looking for info in whether or not ESD bags are required for an assembly in a metal enclosure. Thanks.

Has anybody else had issues with shipping circuit boards in static shield bubble bags? It appears that parts are getting ripped off during shipping. I suspect that they're getting caught in the bubbles when the boards shift in the bags as the boxes
