The leads on the FPC are pre-tinned on both sides with SAC305. The receiving leads are AU. We do not experience any wetting issues that would suggest oxidation.

Has the part not got a pad underneath and therefore the flow up the castellated side doesn't have to be as crucial?

No there are no pads except for the castellated ones on the side. These boards are being used on agricultural machinery though so a less than ideal solder joint would likely be prone to failure over time

Hello What direction routing path, clockwise or anti is preferred for bottom side routing (bit bellow PCB) with router bit rotating anti clockwise.

It's a small screw adjustment. Ours is toward the input side. You can grab one of your boards, manually lock it in, and adjust until the light changes.

cut time was very good (not a concern) Main advantage is flexibility and simpler fixturing than routing as there are no side forces. Charing was evident, but can be reduced with a few tweaks.

I'm searching Soft rubber support for both side assembled boards . It should be antistatic and soft flexible rubber. Whare I can get it this rubber support.

Take a photo of the other side of the PCB (not the front). It doesn't have to be RS232 at all - the connector is very popular.
