Hard to tell, but it looks as if this LED has no side termination, so it may only look like dewetting. If everything around this part is reflowing, I'd bet that's all this is.

Thank D.B. Cooper, actually this LED has 3 sides termination but no termination at underneath of LED. So this LED tends to float rather than performing solder joint during reflow process.

We do have BTU 150 Paragon. What the practical air setting for all 10 zones + 2 coolig zone. This setting is to manually adjust on machine front right botton side. ajay

We had this happen in a Heller 1808 oven when we placed Tant-A caps in glue (bottom side / no paste). We had our oven retrofitted to control the zone blower speeds. No more problem.

Sarag, FYI tombstoning is a functional failure. Tombstoning is where one end of the component is not soldered and is in the air above the board/solderjoint surface. You may be thinking of billboarding (part on its side with both ends soldered down)

Hi, We are a Contract Manufacturing and have a project which has a few Xilinx BGA on top and bottom side. Does anyone run a cross this or have any suggestion on how to reflow them. Thank you, -Michael

Putting on the BGAs are relatively easy, it's the X-ray inspection of BGAs on both sides that can get tricky.

If you have a glob of epoxy on your board, it will be difficult to stencil you paste on that side. Dispensing paste may be a better choice.
