Something you'll want to consider is what happens with bits of tape that become relocated due to manual or automatic wiping. I've seen them block fine pitch apertures and create an insufficient solder condition that, guess what, wound up in the hand

Where is the fibres comeing from. Most of the time fibre is comeing from the stencle wiping process. If useing paper or cloth fibres will shear off in appature of stencle. If this is the case and you are useing an automated printer with a quality wip
