Hey Brian how are you doing? We also have one of these feeders and it works great! The best feature is the being able to reverse the feed wheel to backfeed parts. Just talked to the guys at Hover-Davis yesterday and they have had feeders in service

Rob, I think the change over on the Quad QSP2 is about as easy and fast as it can get without swapping out the feeder bases. In a high mix environment I think it is worth looking at. Regards,

REAR, NEXT TO TABLE UP AND DOWN. CHANGE FEEDER SET UP TO FIX TRAY. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CORRECT NUMBER OF X,Y COMPONENTS IN TRAY AND NUMBER OF TRAY FOR THE PART.
