If I am reading the spec right it puts down 32,000 parts per hour. Looks pretty slick, not much info on the website though and could only get a 1 page spec sheet from Fuji.

Securing Large Inductors

Does anybody have a slick way to hold down large inductors? Like 2 to 3 inches in diameter. There must be something better than ty-wraps and RTV.

Dave Try Transair Legris, They have a pretty slick system which will compare in cost to your black pipe but offers many advantages and it is clean.

Selective Solder Recommendations

Thank you Grayman. We use selective point now but I believe our throughput will be increased with a selective wave system on one of the two main boards we run. I will see if I can pull up slicks / more information on the machines you recommended.

I brought all the major players machines in house and tried them. VisiConsult was the best hands down. Extremely simple GUI..no adjusting to get correct counts. The counting cloud feature is also a very slick tool. Support is 5 star.

KIC2000 Profiler
