Well, your wipes are a good first step in removing the bulk of the material, but they do little or nothing to remove the material from the apertures. * It would probably be cheaper to use poly stencils and then throw them away after each use, eh? ;

You should also check the quality of your compressed air. If the proper filters and desiccants are not in place, you could be recontaminating your washed boards with condensed water and oil residues from the compressed air used for drying. Bill Sch

Anybody using Smart Sonic model 6000 stencil cleaner? We're looking to try one out on the production floor, but I figured I'd see if any one was using it and had horror stories or rave reviews.
