It isn't clear if it was working and stopped, or if this is the first time you've tried to make it work. If this is first try, need to confirm cards and cables on DEK, and what interface is configured on UIC. I have SMEMA cards in stock if needed. P

I’m having trouble with the transfer of one board from the UIC conveyor to a DEk screen printer. They are set up for SMEMA to SMEMA but the DEK keeps asking for a aboard when it already has one. Then it will ask for one every 5-8 seconds. DO I have a

Hello Maybe its the sensor on the dek machine not seeing that it has a board so it just keeps asking for one.

Yes it was working. We moved it to another build and it stop. Which card are we talking about. X9, SBC40.

10 or even up from a UIC conveyor of the old model - probably SMPI is the connector from UIC fully loaded, then full SMPI, but not all of them are used. Just Good board, bad Board, send, receive acknowledge. It is possible to convert this into SMEMA.

Newer Universal Conveyors use 4 wire smema and FUJI should accomodate this protocol in its config screens. Old Universal Conveyors and some machines used SMPI (forget how many wires), You can purchase the 4 wire smema cable from UIC and conversio
