You should see a coarse silverish / grayish coat on the termination that indicates that it soldered. We have to opinion [don't know] about the strength of solder connection versus the strength of component terminations.

This has already been done. Companies like Seho Selective Solder machines can provide this service. I imagine it is not cheap. I'd be curious to compare the drop rate of parts per person per hour on a couple of Pillarhouse Jades vs on custom machine.

I have also come across this very same problem and found that our screen vendor made a mistake on our screen. Check the thickness of your screen it should be about six thousandths if it's eight thousandths then you are most likely depositing to much
